MCA Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Seri Michael Chong said his department has handled 12 Macau scam cases involving approximately RM3.7mil in losses to date.
Chong noted at a press conference on Tuesday that it was difficult to catch these scammers due to their constantly changing tactics.
