Chris Hemsworth gives his two cents on little bro Liam’s relationship decisions saying he was in relationships he shouldn’t have been in.
Chris, aka a god amongst men, covers the January issue of GQ and opens up about past insecurities with his career as well as some comments on his little brother Liam’s past decisions.
In the GQ interview, Chris says QUOTE - "I've watched Liam do things I did at his age, like being in relationships he shouldn't be in, or being reckless just to prove a point and I had no empathy. My mom had to remind me I was the same way."
Many are saying that Chris is alluding to Liam’s past relationship with Miley Cyrus and is low key dissing her, but to be fair he doesn’t mention any names so we’ll leave it up to your interpretation.
Chris also opens up about his own past struggles with insecurities juggling the industry and the vices of the hype that comes with fame. He tells GQ QUOTE - Back when I was still on the soap [Australia's Home and Away] I became incredibly insecure and full of anxiety because I didn't know if I was any good. Yet I wanted it so bad. I spent years being angsty, constantly telling people I wasn't just part of a soap opera, that I was a real artist. And I remember Luke sort of snapping, telling me to shut up, that he was sick of hearing it.”
Footnote, Luke is Chris and Liams’ older brother.
Ironically Chris says he was eventually able to put his insecurities behind him after his stint on the Australian version of Dancing With the Stars.
Chris additionally opens up about his past indulgences and starting over saying QUOTE – “The fame, the parties, the women; I did that stuff back home. I got away with a lot more over there...Then I came here and sort of started over.”
And start over he did. Chris is now married and a proud father of three, no doubt making him the poster child for dilfs everywhere.
