CIMB Clicks down, netizens flock to Facebook page to vent frustration

Customers of Malaysia's second largest bank were unable to access the bank's online services via CIMB Clicks since Monday morning.
They have flocked to the bank's social media accounts to express their frustration.
In a reply to some of the criticism on Facebook, the bank said they were aware of the issue and is in the midst of rectifying it.
They also promised that the service will return 'as soon as possible'.
A check on CIMB Clicks website found that a message has been put up, reading: "We are currently undergoing system maintenance."
With downtime listed from 12pm to 2pm.
The bank also said alternatively customers may proceed to perform transactions via physical CIMB ATM or CIMB CDM facilities.
CIMB Clicks still appeared down at 2pm.
