In a press conference on Sunday, Bukit Aman Special Branch Counter Terrorism Division (E8) chief Deputy Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said the police are making efforts to bring home 40 Malaysians held in Syria. They are seeking to return home after being detained for suspected involvement in terrorism activities there.
