The Kuching High Court has ruled against the Sarawak state assembly's decision to disqualify Dr Ting Tiong Choon as Pujut assemblyman. The Election Commission says it will comply with the High Court's decision, while the Sarawak United Peoples Party (SUPP) also says it will respect the decision to reinstate Ting as Pujut assemblyman.
