The crowd at the Bersih rally are now seated on one side of the road outside of Parliament while the rest are wandering around the area.
Bersih secretariat member Mandeep Singh announced that Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia himself would receive the memorandum, while activist Hishammuddin Rais urges them to sit down so everyone could see the handover.
