The three suspects in the hit-and-run case of a woman in Cyberjaya last week were released on Friday after one of them sought a revision of the magistrate’s court order. The High Court found the lower court had erred when it did not free the men from a previous remand detention for investigation under the Road Transport Act before they were probed for murder.
