PAS MP Siti Mastura Muhammad has been ordered to file her statement of defence before or on January 11th next year, in relation to the lawsuits filed against her by three DAP leaders.

DAP chairperson Lim Guan Eng, his father Lim Kit Siang and Seputeh MP Teresa Kok had filed separate lawsuits on November 27, regarding the ‘DAP family conspiracy’ speech Siti made at a talk in Kemaman.

The three plaintiffs claimed that Siti Mastura made defamatory statements about them being related to former Communist Party of Malaya leader Chin Peng and Singapore’s first prime minister Lee Kuan Yew during the political talk on November 4th.
