Demi Lovato is getting ‘Cool For The Summer’ Celebrating her hit in a sexy bikini, while responding to roumors that her song, is similar to other pop artists
Demi’s killin’ it with her thigh high boots and sexy bikini top at her launch party for ‘Cool For The Summer’ but ALSO… She’s firing back at the flack she’s getting for “Copying” other songs.
If you remember just yesterday we talked about Demi’s new song (Which we love by the way) being compared to the likes of Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” and Jessie J’s ‘Domino…’ The Twittershpere didn’t respond to the new tune very politely, throwing some major shade at her for the alleged similar tracks. Demi was quick to shoot down any conversation on the matter. She responded on twitter to Entertainment Tonight who had mentioned the comparisons saying QUOTE: “@etnow sounds nothing like it… And with all the advances we've made in the LGBT community...” She Continued… “I think more than one female artist can kiss a girl and like it.....”
YASSSS… You tell em Demi… You just released a summer banger, which should be celebrated… And celebrate she did. Demi stepped out in NYC at the Gansevoort Park Avenue for her ‘Cool For the Summer’ launch party with Z100 just yesterday, showing off her slim figure, rocking some sexy thigh high stiletto boots and a bikini top to match.
The 22-yearold songstresses had dropped the single earlier in the day and celebrated the release with floats and fans! I don’t know about you guys, but 1st off I cant even wait for this music vieo, and second… I’m excited that more Demi music means we’ll be getting to see a whole lot more of her.
