Did Rob Kardashian Take Blac Chyna Revenge TOO Far?

Rob Kardashian goes in on Blac Chyna with some exposing Instagram posts, but did he go too far?
Even though this isn’t the first time that Rob has used social media as a way to get his revenge, when does it become too much?
If you’ve been keeping up with the Kardashians, specifically Rob Kardashian, you know that he’s had a pretty rough time over the past couple of years. It has to be difficult being the brother to 5 of the most famous sisters in the world; especially when all of your successes and failures have been documented on a reality show since you were 20. Well fast forward 10 years later and it’s not looking so good. Rob’s struggled publicly and not so publicly with depression, weight gain, diabetes, self-confidence issues and was rarely seen in public for a while. It all seemed to turn around when he started dating Blac Chyna though. She was instrumental in getting Rob back to a healthier lifestyle and He even posted on Instagram about his then fiancée saying, “Looking from where I started 298 lbs. to my current weight now 248.4 lbs. I'm focused and determined to reach my goal weight 200-205 lbs. Happy I found my motivation." There was also the reality show spinoff that they starred in which helped bring Rob back to the public eye and show some of his weight loss journey, but simultaneously showed the toxic nature of his relationship with Chyna. Speaking of that, let’s fast forward to July 5, 2017 when Rob decided that he was done with the games and posted a series of Instagram posts shaming Blac Chyna for cheating. It all started when Rob posted a video that Chyna sent him of July 4th of her with another guy. He then proceeded to post nude pics of Blac Chyna’s private areas including her vagina, text messages, guys that she’s cheated on him with, and the album cover for his Lemonade inspired album that’s coming soon. Meanwhile, Chyna liked and commented on photos and even took to snapchat saying “Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen!!!!! U put hand on me I swear on god !!!!! On my kids but I’m supposed to be quiet because you’re a Kardashian” Ok. This is honestly too much. We live in a time where everything is done publicly. If it’s not on Twitter or Instagram or Snapchat, it didn’t happen right? Unfortunately, Rob and Chyna’s whole volatile relationship has been documented on the internet and television for their daughter Dream to one day witness. It makes us wonder if Rob and Chyna feel like they can’t solve their problems without public opinion. Remember when they had their explosive breakup back in December and Rob posted all of the drama on his social media. We rewarded him with memes and laughing emojis, but this time, even though people are doing the same thing, some are questioning whether this violates California’s revenge porn law which according to TMZ punishes ,” A person who intentionally distributes the image of the intimate body part of another…knowing they'll cause emotional distress.” However, since Blac Chyna is liking and commenting on pics, it makes it difficult to have a case here. It still could fall under revenge porn, but I’ll leave that for the courts to decide. I’m not saying it’s right for him to post all of this on his social media, but her engaging in the drama and pettiness does not help the situation at all. There’s also another layer here though that has to be addressed. Rob still has issues that he’s suffering with. Depression can’t just be swept under the rug. I know some of you may be wondering why someone who has loads of money, a beautiful baby girl, and a loving family would be depressed, but that’s not the point. Every time he goes on his Instagram rants, we eat it up and he gets a ton of attention for a short period of time, but that doesn’t last. Unfortunately, after all of the hype calms down, it’s back to reality. While we’re asking if Rob went too far with his posts, maybe we should also ask ourselves if we’ve gone too far by rewarding it.
