The Selangor Islamic Department (Jais) should check the religious status of the bride allegedly harassed by the department during a Hindu wedding on Saturday, says PAS central committee member Dzulkefly Ahmad.

He says the matter should be handled carefuly, so as not to spark any racial or religious tensions.
