Pakatan Harapan chairperson Mahathir Mohamad said that the opposition coalition had achieved a majority long before the announcement by the Election Commission as Harapan had an understanding with Parti Warisan Sabah.
He said the delay in the announcement was due to the EC waiting for PKR to achieve a simple majority.
