For the chocolate egg shells
125g white chocolate
Oil based food colouring
200-250g dark chocolate
For the cheesecake filling
50g double cream
125g cream cheese
25g icing sugar, sifted
a couple of drops of vanilla extract
yellow food colouring
Extra chocolate for assembly!
