That was just a teeny-tiny look at Ed Sheeran's performance at the first ever iHeartRadio Music Awards -- Clevver's Trophy Life has your complete hook-up. Ed kicked off with his song A-Team before jumping into this:
Yes that was Ed rocking the crowd with his new song "Don't" which allegedly was inspired by his ex-girlfriend Ellie Goulding reportedly cheating on him with 1D's very own Niall Horan. We still have no idea if that's true or not, but what we do know is true is that Ed killed it. And to make his performance at the inaugural award show even cooler, Ed actually performed from one of the coolest small venues in LA, Hotel Café, and the performance was broadcast to the audience at the actual show and to all of the people watching at home. Very, very cool. Plus, it was an extra special treat to see Ed take on one new song and one old song. Were you guys kind of surprised that he chose to perform Don't instead of his new official single Sing? Personally, I was surprised, but not in a bad way. I wonder if it's some sort of secret message...or maybe, quite possibly, I'm completely overthinking this entire thing. You guys hit us up in the comments section to join the convo on Ed's rad iheart performance and click here to check out another awesome performance we loved from Ariana Grande. Thanks for hanging out with us tonight! I'm Joslyn Davis and we'll see you later!
