Eminem makes EPIC return with “Walk on Water” featuring Beyonce.
Eminem PLUS Beyonce?? Guys, are we sure it’s not December 25th today?!
Eminem just dropped a new song called “Walk on Water” that features Beyonce, and this probably goes without saying but all you need is one listen to know this song is FIRE.
While the song’s title makes it sound like it’s some kind of Kanye-esque track about being as great as Jesus, it’s actually the total opposite. Lyrics like “It’s true, I’m a Rubics, a beautiful mess, at times juvenile, yes… a flawed human, I guess/ But I’m doing my best not to ruin your expectations/ And meet ’em” prove that even Marshall Mathers doubts himself and his talents sometimes. Our queen Beyonce sings the chorus of the song, and is flawless per usual...
Em initially announced the song title on Twitter by writing it on a prescription note under a logo for “Revival,” which fans are speculating is the name of his forthcoming album. The album has no official release date yet, but it’s expected to drop sometime before the end of the year.
As far as upcoming performances go, Em is scheduled to appear on SNL on Nov. 18, alongside host Chance the Rapper. We’re assuming he’ll be performing “Walk on Water” on the show, which brings us to the most important question of all time: WILL BEYONCE JOIN HIM? We’ll definitely be tuning in to find out. And either way, it is just SO awesome to have Eminem back on the music scene. Especially because we need him now more than ever.
Alright guys it’s time for you to let me know your thoughts on “Walk on Water” so sound off in the comments and then click right over here to see Selena perform an acoustic version of 'Wolves'. Thanks so much for hanging with me on News Feed, I’m your girl Drew Dorsey and I’ll see you next time!
