Several environmental groups have spoken out against the government’s decision to allow Lynas to keep its cracking and leaching facility in Gebeng, Kuantan.
This came after the Science, technology and innovation minister Chang Lih Kang revealed that Lynas Malaysia’s operating licence has been revised and renewed until March 2026.
