A tree that fell along Jalan Pinang at about 3pm yesterday amost hit the vehicle of Malacca Chief Minister Ab Rauf Yusoh.

However, the he police patrol car accompanying him sustained damage to the rear window and bonnet when it was hit by the tree.

It was reported that the incident happened at around pm yesterday while Ab Rauf's entourage was on its way from Malacca to attend a meeting in the capital.
