Fans Think Taylor Swift & Joe Alwyn SPLIT Because Of THIS Tiny Detail
You guys, everything has changed and I just can’t shake it off.
Okay so if you’re a diehard Swiftie, actually if you’re alive and have a pulse you probably already know that Taylor has been dating British actor and model Joe Alwyn for some time now. Taylor has been wearing a silver pendant with the initial J on it ever since she resurfaced and they’ve been dating and she has NOT taken it off. She’s been seen MULTIPLE times wearing this necklace I would even go as far to say almost everytime she’s stepped out. Taylor even explained the meaning behind her necklace in her song Call It What You Want on her latest album Reputation. She says in the song QUOTE “I want to wear his initial with his chain around my neck”. I mean Taylor loves this necklace SO much you guys, that when she met fans backstage on tour she even had cookies in the shape of her necklace in the room! *photo cred to @TayBrigade
Which is why when Taylor stepped out of her New York apartment recently WITHOUT the necklace while Joe was at Wimbledon by himself, it is the missing necklace heard around the world!! Naturally Swifties are now freaking out, and taking to twitter to express their concern. One person tweeted saying QUOTE “i know that a relationship isn’t based off a necklace but i really hope taylor and joe are okay” With another writing QUOTE “OMG WHAT IF JOE AND TAYLOR BROKE UP?!” Taylor apparently also failed to wear the necklace at the Billboard Music Awards. But I just have to say, come on guys, just because she isn’t wearing a necklace doesn’t mean they broke up! She could be getting it cleaned or maybe it just didn’t go with her outfit. Maybe she felt like wearing gold? Couldn’t that be a possibility? Don’t worry you guys we’re going to go out on a limb now and just say Taylor and Joe have NOT BROKEN UP because she was wearing the necklace just a couple days ago, and just got back from vacation with Joe too.
