The Federal Court has upheld the conviction and sentence of former lawyer N. Pathmanabhan and two of his farm workers in the murder of cosmetics millionaire Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya and her three aides. The court, however, acquitted the fourth accused, R. Matan, due to insufficient evidence.
