Freshly Blended Juice : Walking along Gaya Street you may see people carrying a whole fruit with straws inserted. The tip of the chilled fruit is cut open and the whole fruit is juiced. Perfect when strolling along the Sunday market.
Coconut Ice Cream: Fresh coconut milk is made into ice cream with toppings such as nuts and pineapple.
Pineapple Polo Bun : A sweet bun with warm pineapple filling and a crusty top. Soft and crusty goodness!
Bubur Cha Cha : A sweet kind of dessert which is made from coconut milk with sweet potato, sago, yam or bananas.
Kuih Lenggang : Pandan pancake with grated coconut mixed with palm sugar.
Laksa: A type of noodle soup. Coconut milk based soup with a hint of spiciness.
