Fifth Harmony Spark Twitter Drama After MMVAs

Winning big, the ladies of Fifth Harmony claimed two trophies for Most Buzzworthy International Group and Fan Favorite International Group.
Of course, because they’re amazing right? Well for one Fifth Harmony member, things didn’t end just there.
Camila Cabello also separately took home two more awards for her hit collab “I Know What You Did Last Summer” with Shawn Mendes.
Now this is the part where the drama is about to go down.
To celebrate the night, Camila’s manager, Roger Gold, posted a photo of the singer on Twitter with the caption, QUOTE: “SO proud of Camila Cabello who won four MMVA’s last night and would’ve been the biggest winner if Drake wasn’t Canadian!”
But Lauren Jauregui’s mom, Clara, was NOT having it. She thinks that Roger made it seem like Camila was the sole recipient of all four awards. So in her daughter’s defense, Clara responded by tweeting, QUOTE: “Let’s get it right two were thanks to Fifth Harmony. Just keeping it REAL.”
However not very long after posting the message, Clara deleted the tweet. But of course not before someone screenshot it. Dun dun dun.
Now Fifth Harmony fans seem to already be picking sides in the drama. Many came to Clara’s defense praising her for being a good mom and standing up for the other girls. But others are on Roger’s side because he did in fact post the same photo on his Instagram page with a longer caption, this time referencing Camila as winning four total awards, two in fact with Fifth Harmony and two for her duet with Shawn.
Who knows? Twitter does only give you 140 characters to work with, maybe he didn’t have enough room to tweet the same longer message out?
Either way, Roger ignored Lauren’s mom’s comment. He even posted a follow up tweet thanking Camila and Shawn for a lovely shout out congratulating them again on the big win.
