2,000 firefighters and other emergency rescue officers celebrated the World Firefighters Day along with the Sultan of Johor on Tuesday. About 130 tanker lorries are on standby nationwide to supply water to fire hydrants in areas hit by water shortages, says Fire and Rescue Department director-general.
