Health officials were forced to rope in the Fire and Rescue Department to transport a 33-year-old man who weighed 250kg to the Sibu Hospital, after he complained of chest pains and a swollen leg. Sia Chie Herng, who lives in Ulu Sungai Merah in Sibu, Sarawak, had also complained that it was difficult for him to breathe and he was unable to urinate for the past few days.
