Riza Aziz, the stepson of former premier Najib Abdul Razak is back at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya for the fourth consecutive day.
Riza has been having his statements recorded by the graft-busters over allegations that 1MDB funds were channelled into his film production company Red Granite Pictures, since Tuesday.
The Malay Mail reported that he arrived for questioning today at 9.48am.
The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has claimed that US$64 million in allegedly misappropriated 1MDB funds had been wired to Red Granite and used to finance the production of several Hollywood movies – including Martin Scorsese’s 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street.
The sum was part of US$238 million in allegedly stolen funds that the DOJ believes were transferred to accounts controlled by Riza.
