Critics of the National Security Council Bill 2015 have raised fresh concerns on the provisions related to the military's chain of command in this bill, which was swiftly passed by the Dewan Rakyat early this month.
#TakNakDiktator campaign coalition spokesperson Ambiga Sreenevasan said today the NSC Bill has "ignored in totality" provisions under Article 41, Article 137 and Article 150 of the Federal Constitution, as well as the Armed Forces Act 1972.
