The lorry driver involved in the crash that killed nine personnel of the Federal Reserve Unit (FRU) yesterday is on remand for four days from today.
The man is being investigated under Section 41 of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing death by reckless or dangerous driving and can be punished with imprisonment for a term of not less than two years and not more than 10 years and a fine of up to RM50,000.
