The police has stipulated several conditions for facilitating a fuel price protest that is slated for New Year’s Eve, according to the protest’s organisers.
Among others, ‘Gerakan Turun Harga Minyak, Turun Najib’ secretariat member Ahmad Syukri Che Ab Razab said the organisers are required to discuss the use of the Dataran Merdeka venue with the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), which manages the venue.
He said the organizers had sent their 10 days notice and the protest would go on as plannes.
