【本報訊】Gobee.bike一周後將結束香港業務及把全部單車上鎖，雖然答允向客戶退按金，卻拒絕退回「增值餘額」，據悉有不少會員苦主現時戶口有多達數百元增值餘額，他們若希望減低損失，便只能在僅餘的7天量盡量租用Gobee.bike把餘額用光。但《蘋果》發現他們連租車減低損失的權利可能亦被剝奪，因蘋果上月底測試時，發現多區的Gobee.bike都無法租用。
