Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong wants to squash the perception that the Chinese community does not stand a chance in obtaining Governmental loans and financial assistance, saying that the Government has channelled some 85 million ringgit to help 458 small and medium enterprises or SMEs in the past three years.
