Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob's government and Pakatan Harapan signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Transformation and Political Stability on Sept 13.

The agreement received mixed reaction, especially among Harapan supporters, who felt betrayed that the opposition coalition would be willing to work with long-time political rivals BN and Umno.
