Leaders of parties in the government as well as the opposition joined a rally to express solidarity with the people of Palestine at Masjid Negara today.

Among the leaders present were former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Amanah president Mohamad Sabu, PKR Youth chief Adam Adli, Bersatu president Muhyiddin Yassin and PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man.

Thousands showed up for the rally which was held after Friday prayers outside the mosque.
