Grab Malaysia said its passenger Cancellation fee applies to passengers who “intentionally abuse” the platform.
Its Malaysian Head of Operations Rashid Shukor on Friday said the errant ones make up around 0.5 percent of its daily nationwide users.
He said their data showed an increasing trend of late cancellation or no-shows.
