星期一，Green Monday，茹素日。以往，或許你覺得茹素等同信佛；現在，茹素是推動環保，為綠色飲食潮流盡一分力。素食餐廳開始百花齊放，有cafe主打生機飲食，有傳統中式齋店繼續營業，以為非西即中？近年出現了一些帶fusion味的素食餐廳，午間提供普通素菜，晚間搖身一變成為私房菜館，將素食理念繼續推廣下去。
