Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said that the Govenment is still fine-tuning the mechanism for the fuel subsidy, but luxury cars with 1,500cc engines and above will not enjoy the RON95 petrol subsidy of 30 sen per litre.
In a post-budget press conference on Saturday, Lim said the new mechanism is expected to be implemented in the second quarter of next year.
