Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said that the opposition wants to make sure that no Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be collected and because of the existing system put in place one way out to abolish it is to make it zero-rated.
He said the desired outcome is no GST and whether you abolish it or zero rate it the outcome will still be the same.
