Sepang MP Hanipa Maidin said there is nothing wrong for any parliamentarian in the Dewan Rakyat to touch on matters under the OSA.
Hanipa said this is based on the fact that elected representatives are protected by parliamentary immunity, and as such they cannot be charged for speaking out in the House.
