Pakatan Harapan's hopeful candidate for Kepong Lim Lip Eng today said that the coalition will reinstate local council elections if they take Putrajaya in the coming polls.
He stressed that the top management of the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) need to be elected and that Pakatan Harapan will reintroduce councilors to the municipal.
