The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has nabbed two district police chiefs from Melaka over suspected graft.
The two senior officers were Melaka Tengah district police chief Shaikh Abdul Adzis Shaikh Abdullah and Jasin district police chief Sakri Yusoff, according to The Star.
The cops were alleged to have been accepting bribes from illegal gambling dens and massage parlours, which they then protected.
The English daily said another police officer, an inspector, was also nabbed in the sting.
