PAS member of parliament Khalid Samad says he is astonished as to how the immigration department could defend its apparently flawed standard operating procedure (SOP) which allowed two Iranians to board flight MH370 with stolen passports.
Previously, Immigration Department director-general Aloyah Mamat said the two were allowed to board the flight because they matched the photos in the travel documents.
