Rinse the arrowheads with water then set them aside to dry for 10-15mins then thinly slice them over hot oil and deep fry over medium fire till golden in colour. Remove the arrowheads and dry them with paper towels or a clean cloth, sprinkle a little salt and keep them in an airtight container. After all the frying and hard work...it's time to enjoy these simple but tasty chips with friends an family..Gong Xi Fa Cai!!
