Khairy Jamaluddin was in Bertam today to help BN's candidate for the seat Reezal Merican Naina Merican on his campaign.

Khairy told reporters that he was there to support Reezal Merican as a candidate since he knows that Reezal can work and has vast experience, both in the party and in the government.

Khairy added that Bertam is former prime minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's kampung and Reezal Merican is the successor of his struggle there.
