Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has requested a report regarding the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) water shortage issues.
During his monthly address to the Finance Ministry in Putrajaya this morning, he said he wanted to know what happened to the RM3 million allocation, which he approved last year.
He added there is a real gap between the planners, the managers, and the implementation below them.
