Tycoon Lee Kim Yew has reiterated that he is not bankrupt and "far from being unable to service his debts".
At a press conference today, he said the bankruptcy declaration was the result of actions taken by a former employee against him.
Kim Yew said the former employee previously obtained a RM3 million judgment in the US, which he then sought to enforce in Malaysia to declare the Country Heights Holdings Bhd founder bankrupt.
