Education Minister Fadhlina Sidek has clarified that the instruction to open the school canteen during the fasting month is contained in the School Canteen Management Circular, as it must be open as long as the school is in operation.
She said this in reply to Salamiah Mohd Nor (PN-Temerloh), who had raised the issue of opening the school canteen during the fasting month as announced by Fadhlina last Monday.
