Pakatan Harapan’s candidate for the Cameron Highlands by-election, M Manogaran, has reminded his machinery to abide by election rules.
While he was still determining the facts of the case as he had been busy campaigning, Manogaran insisted that he was against the abuse of official resources for political purposes.
