Beruas MP Ngeh Koo Ham who was suspended from the Dewan Rakyat along with Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming and Batu Gajah MP V Sivakumar said that Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia was acting as 'police, prosecutor and judge' by refusing any right of hearing from them.
He said they were being charged on contempt of Parliament which they disagreed with and that if they had misbehaved they should have been referred to the rights and privileges committee who would conduct a hearing and ask them to answer.
He also questioned if not in Parliament where could they raise issues to hold the executive accountable for their actions.
