A Perikatan Nasional (PN) leader has indicated that there may be new developments in the court case faced by Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

PN Youth chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari claimed rumours are circulating that the latest development may involve Zahid’s case being dropped.

“If it is true that the charges against Zahid are dropped, it will be the last nail in Umno’s coffin,” Ahmad Fadhli said in a ceramah at Kok Lanas, Kota Bharu in Kelantan last night.
