A survey carried out by think tank Iman Research has found respondents considering deputy prime minister Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail a 'seat-warmer', and 'a puppet'.
Head of research Vila Somiah said respondents also felt that Wan Azizah hasn't been a strong enough advocate for feminism.
According to Iman Research, they used Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to collect data, which involved organising sessions with 5-7 participants mediated by facilitators from Iman Research.
In total, the study involved 40 Malaysian youth respondents between the ages of 18 to 35.
