The Fire and Rescue Department investigated a purported fire at the Alliance Steel factory located at the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park in Gebeng, Pahang on Tuesday. The firefighters discovered it was not a fire but was an exercise by the company to burn excess gas at its coal coking plant.
