Dewan Rakyat heated up on Thursday evening after Kapar MP (PKR) G Manivannan alleged that he wasn't allowed to ask an additional question on the Malaysian Indian Blueprint (MIB).
Manivannan said he had been waiting since morning to ask Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department SK Devamany a question, however the MIC senator sat down claiming the original question came from DAP's Ipoh Barat MP M Kulasegaran.
